All day I've been saying that I'm gonna post but must answer this email and that email first, and look at this post and oh might as well look at that one, too, and check out my Twitter and update the memories at we_love_dick. Now I'm finally ready and I can't remember what I was actually going to post about. Hmmm.

So instead here's some Hal Sparks info that I forgot to post last week, plus stuff I found out today. It's all very well being a week behind everyone else, but when you're a week behind yourself you know you've got trouble ;o)

HAL SPARKS IS ON TWITTER!!!! I probably got way too excited about this, but I have such a huge crush. I'm so following him and I shall occasionally reply to his tweets which he might even read, EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

While I'm on the subject of Hal, yes I have been stalking him around the internet. I've found some stand-up clips that prove how funny he is in RL and I've also found some of his music. That boy can REALLY hit those notes.

HAVE A LISTEN

I love Helsinki so much I've ordered the album from a seller on Amazon.com who seems to be the band's drummer.

For those who are wondering WTF? Hal is Michael Novotny from Queer as Folk (US version) and I luffs him. He's definitely next on my list of people I must one day meet. I wonder if he ever does any conventions over here. Kitty, we may have to go on another adventure.

I haven't been online much this last week due to things, stuff and widgets, so sorry for the lack of me. I'm sure it's been difficult for you all.

I've been smoke free for 37 days. On day 34, I didn't think about smoking at all. Today it's all I can think about. I've been knitting through the pain and I have a new friend to introduce to you all: Little Ted!

He was tricky becuase I had to use 3mm needles and keep the tension deliberately tight. Sewing his parts together (and doesn't that sound remarkably dodgy?) was nail-biting stuff because the yarn had to be pulled so tight to keep him together when his arms and legs move.

Today I've been planning my essay on the narrative voices and dialogue used by Jane Austen in Pride and Prejudice. It's not as easy as it probably sounds but, god-damn, motherfucker, I'm determined.

In fandomy news, I've been re-watching QAF (US) and if I wasn't smitten before I'm certainly all of a flutter now. I feel a picspam coming on good and proper.

The first part of Grief Counseling is now just days away from being posted. I'm excited about it and also looking forward to getting it all done and dusted so I can move on to the next project. I have started my Xangel in Spaaaaaaaaaace and poor Angel is already in a predicament and will unfortunately have to stay that way until I can get GC off my mind.

Now back to my essay and then I shall catch up with my 183 emails ~boggles~
